ASSISTANT LEGAL & COMPLIANCE (M/F/D)
YOUR TASKS
Administrative Responsibility: You manage key processes in Legal & Compliance Management as well as Trademark Management and ensure smooth operations.
Organization and Structure: You keep track of important topics such as transparency register, reporting, and internal deadline management to ensure everything runs on schedule and in compliance with regulations.
Communication and Coordination: You act as the interface between specialist departments, external business partners and law firms worldwide, ensuring that all required documents are complete and available on time.
Responsible Assistance: You support the global Legal & Compliance department and also take on selected tasks for the Sport Group’s executive management.
YOUR PROFILE
You have completed training as a Legal Assistant (m/f/d), Notary Assistant (m/f/d), Patent Assistent (m/f/d), Certified Legal Specialist (m/f/d), Business Lawyer (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you already have initial experience in a company or an international law firm.
You bring strong analytical skills, organizational talent, and convincing communication skills.
You work with precisely, confidentially, and reliably while always keeping an overview.
You have strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
You are flexible and looking for a position with 32 to 40 working hours per week.
