HR Data Analyst (M/W/D)
As an HR Data Analyst (m/w/d), you will play a central role in further developing our HR organisation into a data-driven, globally consistent, and strategic part of the company. You will drive the expansion of our HR reporting, create in-depth analyses, and deliver data-based insights that support management in its decisions, and sustainably shape our culture, performance, and growth objectives.
What you can expect:
HR reporting & data responsibility
You will design, establish and optimise a consistent HR reporting framework (including headcount, FTE, turnover, absences, recruiting KPIs, performance, diversity) and ensure a uniform understanding and the highest data quality across all regions.
Analysis & Decision-Making Basis
You will create regular and ad hoc HR reports for C-level executives, HR leadership and investors, and develop robust data models that serve as a basis for strategic decisions.
People analytics & insights
You will analyse quantitative and qualitative data throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring and retention to skills, compensation and workforce planning – and derive trends, insights and concrete recommendations for action.
Visualisation & KPI management
You will develop KPI-based dashboards and meaningful visualisations (e.g. in Power BI or Tableau) that present complex relationships in a clear and understandable way.
Business partnering & stakeholder management
As a sparring partner for VP HR, Finance, Legal and regional HR teams, you will translate data-based insights into understandable decision-making bases and actively participate in global HR initiatives such as HRIS implementations, performance frameworks, workforce planning, and culture and engagement analyses.
Your Profile:
You have a degree in economics, HR, data analytics, finance, controlling, statistics or a comparable qualification.
You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in HR analytics, controlling or reporting.
You have strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and a structured way of thinking, and you know how to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations.
You are confident in using Excel and HR systems and work precisely, reliably and with high standards of data quality.
Ideally, you have experience with HRIS implementations or HR tech transformations, as well as knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
You impress with your hands-on mentality, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, and enjoy working in a structured and cross-functional manner.
