HR Data Analyst (M/W/D)

As an HR Data Analyst (m/w/d), you will play a central role in further developing our HR organisation into a data-driven, globally consistent, and strategic part of the company. You will drive the expansion of our HR reporting, create in-depth analyses, and deliver data-based insights that support management in its decisions, and sustainably shape our culture, performance, and growth objectives.

What you can expect:

HR Reporting & Data Management

  • Design, development and continuous optimization of a consistent HR reporting framework (headcount, FTE, turnover, absences, recruiting KPIs, PEX, MIP, performance, diversity, etc.), definition of standards and ensuring a uniform understanding across all regions

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc HR reports for C-level, HR leadership and investors

  • Ensuring high data quality and further developing the underlying data models and data structures

People Analytics

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses throughout the employee lifecycle (including hiring funnel, talent flows, retention drivers, skills gaps, compensation benchmarks, workforce planning, etc.)

  • Deriving insights, trends and recommendations for action to support strategic HR decisions

  • Developing KPI-based dashboards and visualisations (e.g. in Power BI or Tableau)

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Sparring partner for VP HR, Finance, Legal and regional HR teams

  • Translating complex data into clear, understandable messages and decision-making bases for non-data stakeholders

  • Active participation in global HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, performance framework, workforce planning, MIP reporting, culture & engagement analyses

Your Profile:

Must-haves

  • Degree in economics, HR, data analytics, finance, controlling, statistics or similar

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR analytics, controlling or reporting

  • Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers and structured thinking

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot, S/X references) and HR systems

  • Ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with HRIS implementation or HR tech transformation

  • Experience in private equity environment or in performance-oriented organizations

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or comparable analytics tools

  • Interest or initial experience in compensation & benefits or workforce planning
