YOUR TASKS
Support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (clients, peripheral devices)
Administration of Windows servers (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and cloud services
Installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software
First and second level support for users with IT questions and problems
Monitoring of IT security, including virus protection and backup systems
Collaboration on IT projects such as system implementations, migrations, or rollouts
Documentation of IT systems, processes, and changes
Support in the procurement and inventory of IT components
Consulting and assistance for local IT units with questions about central IT systems
Coordinating Group IT activities in the area of IT infrastructure as part of the global IT strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems engineer, or similar, or a degree in computer science (BA)
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT administration and IT project management desirable
Practical knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems, network architectures, IT security systems, server virtualization (e.g., VMware), and cloud structures (e.g., Azure)
Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of service orientation and ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
