What you can expect
IT project work: You will accompany or support local and global IT projects related to our main business applications (e.g. ERP, BI, CRM) and be responsible for schedules and budgets.
System operation & further development: You will operate and further develop our central business applications – including maintenance, updates and installations – in close cooperation with the IT team.
Analysis & support: You will analyse technical malfunctions, coordinate solutions with internal colleagues and external partners, and support users in their daily use of the systems.
Processes & digitalisation: You will document business processes, map them in IT systems and support the digitalisation and optimisation of workflows.
Compliance & reporting: You will ensure compliance with data protection, security and compliance requirements and report regularly to the Main Business Applications Team Leader or the Director of IT Global.
Your Profile
Professional qualifications: You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable field – ideally with a business focus.
Professional experience & system knowledge: You have 3–5 years of experience in project work and support for main business applications such as ERP, BI or CRM. Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Qlik Sense is an advantage.
Technical know-how: You have practical experience with SQL databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) and programming skills in the field of business applications.
Project and methodological skills: You are confident in using project management methods and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
IT basics: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows operating systems, LAN/WAN, cloud and SaaS environments) rounds off your profile.
Personal strengths: You are characterised by strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a team. You find it easy to communicate with technical and non-technical contacts.
Language skills: You have a good command of written and spoken English.
